The contents of the OrthoCush.com on-line store and/or the OrthoCush.com website in its entirety, are strictly the property of VMS Rehab Systems, Inc. and/or OrthoCush.com. It is illegal to use the OrthoCush.com website for any purpose whatsoever other than what is intended by the owner.
It is the responsibility of users of this site to visit OrthoCush.com periodically to remain current with our terms of service and the products on offer.
Our OrthoCush.com On-Line Store is intended to offer on-line products and services directly to the consumer trade, as a priority. We recommend that prospective home health dealers, wholesalers and/or distributors wishing to act as resellers of our OrthoCush™ product line, contact us at Sales@Orthocush.com.
OrthoCush.com Products
The OrthoCush™ orthopedic seat cushions are offered in 12 models on the OrthoCush™ On-Line Store at OrthoCush.com. We reserve the right to change, discontinue and/or add to the OrthoCush™ product line at anytime without notice. While we make every effort to ensure that the colours and images you see on line are identical to the actual products we offer for sale, we have no assurance that your computer’s monitor will display our products accurately.
Prices
All the current prices for OrthoCush™ products are provided in our current Price List posted on our Orthocush.com On-Line store. Prices for our products are displayed in $CAD only. Notwithstanding, should you make payment in $US or another foreign currency, the $CAD equivalent price will be displayed in real time on your final invoice upon Checkout.
Prices for any of our products may be subject to change, at any time, without Notice. Goods purchased prior to any price change and/or simultaneously as a price change is made, will not be affected. However, should a price reduction be posted while a purchase is in process, then the lower price will be activated in completing the transaction.
In addition to the unit price(s) of the product(s) you may purchase from our On-Line Store, customers will also be responsible for any and all local sales taxes and/or import duties and custom fees.
Listed prices on our current Price List do not reflect special offerings and/or bonus discounts, if and as published on OrthoCush.com.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all destinations in Canada and the United States. Delivery to other destinations will be charged at our discounted standard international carrier rates. Deliveries within Canada and the United States are completed within 1-5 days.

Limited Warranty/Refund Policy
All sales on the OrthCush.com On-Line store are FINAL! Notwithstanding, should your OrthoCush™ seat cushion purchased at our On-Line store prove defective in workmanship or materials within one (1) year from the date of your original purchase, return it to the Company with your proof of purchase sales receipt. The cushion will be repaired or replaced.
VMS Rehab and/or OrthoCush.com is not responsible for any costs whatsoever, including, but not limited to, shipping and packaging, as related to the services we offer under our Limited Warranty. It is important to note that our Limited Warranty does not cover damage to your OrthoCush™ purchased from our On-Line store resulting from normal wear, accidents, abuse or lack of reasonable care.
We reserve the right to refuse returns. We recommend that customers wishing to return their OrthoCush™ seat cushion under our Limited Warranty Program, or for any reason within 30 days of purchase, should contact the OrthoCush™ On-Line store at sales@orthocush.com.
